TASTE Restaurant is our award-winning commercial restaurant at Hammersmith & Fulham College. With food cooked and served by the chefs, sommeliers and restaurateurs of the future, you will be welcomed by our warm and vibrant staff and students, as you enjoy an exquisite dining experience.

All dishes are freshly prepared by our skilled hospitality and catering students, supervised by expert chefs. We are part of The Chefs’ Forum Academy and some of the dishes for our special dinners are cooked during master classes with the UK’s leading visiting chefs. Our high-quality facilities have been tried and tested by the best, including Mark Hix, Jamie Oliver, Atul Kochar and Gordon Ramsay.

TASTE Restaurant is open to the public for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during term time, and for a series of special dinners throughout the year.

• Lemon Chicken Broth with Orzo Pasta and Chard (celery/gluten/egg)
• Mackerel Rillettes (fish/dairy/gluten)
• Chicken Caesar Salad (fish/mustard/egg/dairy/gluten)
• Chickpeas with Spinach and Poached Egg (egg)

Main Courses 拢4.50

• Ciabatta Steak Sandwich & Chunky Triple Cooked Chips with a choice of steak sauces: Peppercorn, Diane, Chimichurri (mustard/dairy/sulphites/gluten)
• Vegetarian option Halloumi and Beef Tomato (instead of Steak) (mustard/dairy/sulphites/gluten)
• Sauteed Provencale Chicken & Rice (celery/sulphites)
• Baked Cod with Parma Ham Roasted Vegetables, Tagliatelle and Pesto Dressing (fish/gluten/dairy/egg)

Friday’s in TERM 2

TASTE Fundraising Quiz Night

Dear Valued Customer
Our next evening Event is now open for booking.

TASTE Fundraising Quiz Night is on Tuesday 29 April 2025, at a cost of 拢20.00 per person, which includes food and entry to the quiz.

Taking part is a good way of meeting up with friends and family, as well as supporting the catering students at 91桃色, to prepare for working in the hospitality industry in a realistic working environment.

Book your team, minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people.

To save time with ordering, to avoid wasting food products and to ensure that everyone gets their food choices, we are asking everyone to pre order via Google Form.
