Certificates can be collected from the college that you studied at. You will receive an email or text message when your certificate is ready to collect from the college. Please ensure your email address and phone number is correct in the college system. Certificates can be collected between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, during term time only. Your certificate will be held by the college for up to one year after we receive it from the awarding body. You must bring a valid form of ID when collecting certificates, such as your student ID card, driving license or passport.
If you need a replacement for a lost or damaged certificate, please contact your awarding body directly, as they charge a fee for replacement certificates. We do not keep copies of certificates. To find the correct service, search online using the awarding body’s name (e.g., AQA, BTEC, City & Guilds, NCFE) along with ‘replacement certificate’ – the search results should lead you to the appropriate link.
If you cannot collect your certificate and would like someone to collect it on your behalf, please see the Third-Party Collection section below.

By completing and submitting a Clerical Re-Check or Review of Marking application form, you are acknowledging that you have read the above information and you are providing the college with your consent to process this application on your behalf.
Access to Scripts
By completing and submitting an Access to Scripts application form, you are providing the college with consent to process an application on your behalf. It is your decision (the student) whether your scripts can be used in a classroom setting. If you choose to allow your scripts to be used in the classroom, you can opt to keep your identity private, so others will not know that the scripts are yours. You must choose between these options on the Access to Scripts form.
